Ted Yoho, R-Fla., scored a win on Tuesday as he added an amendment, which Congress accepted, to the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (THUD). Yoho’s amendment would ensure the federal government does not fund tracking civilian vehicles through GPS and other methods.
