Orange Park, FL – Representative Ted Yoho announced Wednesday morning the award of a lease on a new VA clinic in Middleburg. The new primary care facility will be located at 400 College Drive in Middleburg. Services will include primary care, mental health services, lab draws and select specialty care via telehealth.
