Yoho Votes to Fund Department of Defense
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Ted S. Yoho (R-FL) released the following statement after he voted in favor of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2019; providing funding for the Department of Defense.
“Today I voted to fund our military and ensure that they have the resources and training they need to defend America. Our servicemen and women provide us with a blanket of freedom and security that we can never take for granted. This bill will give them their largest pay raise in nine years.The threats we face are numerous and we are fortunate to have the finest fighting force in the world. The House has passed this important bill today; I hope the Senate will quickly do the same.”
