Yoho Named Lead Republican of Asia, the Pacific, and Nonproliferation Subcommittee
Washington D.C. – Congressman Ted S. Yoho (R-FL) was named Ranking Member for the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific, and Nonproliferation. Congressman Yoho gave the following statement:
“For the past six years, I have had the privilege of serving on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and I am looking forward to ensuring America’s role as a global leader remains intact.
“I am honored to be named Lead Republican for the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia, the Pacific, and Nonproliferation. This subcommittee oversees U.S. policy and assistance in one of the most strategically important regions on earth.
“I am eager to work with Chairman Engel, Lead Republican McCaul, and my colleagues on the full committee to address the global and regional challenges facing America and to preserve our nation’s interests abroad.”
