In Case You Missed It: Rep. Yoho's TRUST Act Draws Bipartisan Support
Congressman Ted Yoho (FL-03) formally submitted the TRUST (Trust Restored to the United States Taxpayer) Act for consideration on Friday. To date the bill, designated as H.R. 1547, has 14 bipartisan cosponsors.
The TRUST Act would revoke the taxpayer-funded portions of the pensions of Members of Congress who are ultimately convicted of a felony. For more on the TRUST Act, click here.
