The current Senate delay in approving funding to combat the spread of the Zika virus is frustrating, unnecessary, and dangerous. Now is not the time to be playing politics with the health of the American people.

Sean Duffy, R-Wisc., would let Puerto Rico restructure its $72 billion debt in return for more federal oversight of local affairs.
